Prologue
Isabella Orosco is a New York City based Musical Theatre singer, actress and dancer. Originally from the coast of North Carolina, her mother actually encouraged her to pursue a career in acting because it was the only career where she would get to learn and explore EVERY career she was ever interested in... and there were many.
Her range spans from grounded, heartfelt ingenues to quirky comedic characters, bringing quiet emotional strength to contemporary dramas and character-driven stories. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and Writing for the Stage from Marymount Manhattan College and is always looking for stories that center silenced or unique female narratives. She was most recently seen as Columbia in Kitchen Sink Theatre Company’s Rocky Horror Picture Show at Brooklyn Art Haus. When she isn’t singing, she hosts a podcast on female representation in Horror called Craven Conventions, and writes plays.
